Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Last updated 7 September 2026
Idaho has no comprehensive consumer privacy statute. This page exists because residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other states have rights over their personal information regardless of where the business sits, and because a business that sells marketing should be able to answer the question plainly.
The short answer
Dwight Davis Consulting LLC does not sell your personal information, and never has. It is not shared for cross-context behavioural advertising. There is no data broker relationship and no list is rented or traded.
What is collected
- What you type into the contact form: your name, phone, email, website and message.
- Standard analytics from Google Analytics 4, only if you allow it. Analytics is switched off until you choose, everywhere that law requires an opt-in, and can be switched off anywhere using Cookie settings in the footer.
Your rights
You may ask what is held about you, ask for a copy, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Requests are handled by the same person who reads the contact form. There is no charge and no form to fill in.
How to ask
Email dwight@dwightdavis.com or call (208) 761-7016 and say what you want done. Expect a reply within a few days, and within 45 days at the outside.
Global Privacy Control
This site honours the Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser sends it, analytics and advertising storage default to denied without you having to do anything.
