Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 16, 2026.

This Privacy Policy describes how dwightdavis.com ("the Site") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit or use the Site. By using the Site, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

Who runs this site

This Site is operated by Dwight Davis. If you have questions about this Policy or how your information is handled, contact dwight@dwightdavis.com or call 208-295-0888.

Information collected

The Site collects two kinds of information:

  • Information you provide. When you schedule a call, send an email, or fill out a form, you may share your name, email address, phone number, business name, and any details you choose to include.
  • Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site uses basic analytics to understand how visitors use it. This includes IP address, browser type, pages viewed, time on site, and referring URL. No personally identifying information is collected automatically.

How information is used

Information is used only for the following purposes:

  • To respond to your inquiry, schedule meetings, and deliver consulting services.
  • To send follow-up communication related to a conversation you started.
  • To improve the Site, understand traffic patterns, and prioritize content.

Your information is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Third-party services

The Site uses third-party services to function properly:

  • Calendly for scheduling. When you book a call, Calendly collects the information you submit in the booking flow. See Calendly's privacy policy at calendly.com/privacy.
  • Google Fonts to render typography. Google may log basic request data when a font loads. See policies.google.com/privacy.
  • SiteGround as the hosting provider. SiteGround processes basic server logs. See siteground.com/privacy.htm.

Cookies

The Site does not set cookies of its own. Third-party services such as Calendly may set cookies when you interact with them. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the information held about you, request that it be corrected, or request that it be deleted. Send the request to dwight@dwightdavis.com. Requests are typically processed within 30 days.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this Policy

This Policy may be updated from time to time. When that happens, the "Last updated" date at the top of the page will change. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site for at least 30 days.
