What do you actually do?

Hands-on marketing consulting. I help small and medium-sized business owners build a clear marketing strategy, fix what is not working, and put the right measurement in place so growth is visible and repeatable. The work covers paid media, SEO, analytics, content, and the story you tell about your business.

Who do you work with?

Small and medium-sized businesses across the United States. Owners and operators who are tired of marketing that does not pay back. I have worked with companies as small as a single-location service business and as large as Fortune 500 brands, and I bring both perspectives to every engagement.

How is this different from hiring an agency?

You work directly with me. There is no account manager, no junior team running your work in the background, and no ten-person status call. The strategy and the execution decisions come from the person you hired. That is the whole point.

How much does it cost?

Every engagement is scoped to the situation. After the first call I send a custom proposal with the work, the timeline, and the fee. There are no surprises and no minimums. You will know exactly what you are getting before you sign anything.

How long does an engagement typically last?

Anywhere from a one-time strategic audit to a multi-month embedded role. Most clients start with a focused 60 to 90 day engagement to fix the foundation, then continue on a monthly basis for ongoing optimization and accountability.

Do you work remotely or in person?

Both. I am based in Boise, Idaho, and meet local clients in person when it helps. For clients outside the Treasure Valley, video and phone work just as well. Several of my longest engagements have been fully remote.

What if I do not know exactly what I need yet?

That is most of the first call. Bring whatever you have, including the things you are not sure about, and we will work through it together. Part of my job is helping you name the real problem before we try to solve it.
